Tanzania and the Serengeti plains

Well, it has been a while since I have posted to this blog, what can I say, I have been busy. Since my last post I have traveled to The Netherlands, Germany, France, Tanzania, Iceland, Ireland and Scotland. We opened up a gallery here in Orlando, (where you can buy one of my prints) or come and say hello! So it has been a busy year since I last visited this photo blog. I will try to keep posting new images from around the world, as I get a chance to process a few thousand or so shots 🙂

The three images I am posting today are from a safari I went on in Tanzania, Africa. It was a gift from my lovely wife Kathy. She decided to help me celebrate 50 laps around the sun and send me off to the “Dark Continent”. I guess she thought that my playing with alligators wasn’t enough stimulation for me here in Florida. So off I went to play with lions, elephants, cheetahs and baboons in the Serengeti plains, The Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Maynara National Park. Part of the reason I went at this time of year was to witness, “The Great Migrations” moving north across the Serengeti. I eventually did get to see part of this spectacle that I will show you later! It was a fantastic adventure and gift. So please enjoy a shot from each of these beautiful places.
