If you ever find your way to Florence, Italy, I highly recommend that you plan your visit on a weekend. You will find the streets are filled with a great many talented musicians. The narrow brick streets and buildings create wonderfully clear sound chambers with out the need for amplification. The accordion or button box (depending on where you come from) is a standard instrument you will hear in several areas of town. You will also find many classical ensembles performing concertos and other groups playing folk songs. This young fellow was playing a haunting local melody that was quite sad, but beautiful.
This photo was pushed a but on the sepia end to isolate the musician and highlight the color of the brick.
